Last day of the retreat!
After rehearsing until 8:45pm on Saturday night, and a round of questions and answers (this group loves to talk!) we snugged off to sleep by 11 and Sunday morning came quick. We rehearsed and then performed at the Presbyterian Church in Newport. There were about 100 people in attendance (including one gentleman who introduced himself to us saying that he was a former principal of Myers Elementary school!). The performance went great - we even played the Elgar that we had just finished putting together Saturday night! A little snow, a little sun, a lot of cleaning, and we were packed up and off by 1:15, as planned.
