1) Christmas Tree pickup tomorrow!
It's time to pick up those trees you ordered! Pick up is tomorrow afternoon - Saturday Dec. 8. For more info see your emails or click here: http://titanorchestra.com/?page_id=504

2) Winter at West - Parent info
Winter at West - the 90 minute "prism-style" concert featuring Choir of the Titans, Chamber Orchestra, Symphony and Wind Ensemble - happens next week. Tickets are selling really well. Friday and Saturday are most likely going to sell out - there are still excellent tickets available for Thursday! Parents - please consider promoting this concert to family, friends, neighbors, work friends, church friends, and anyone else you think might love an excellent show. Tickets can be purchased ($10-25 each) from the bookkeeper at West. For all the info, including a seating chart of the auditorium, click here:  http://westsalemband.org/waw.html. Parents, we also still need volunteers - all parents, whether your student is playing or not, are requested to offer help. This is not only a huge concert but takes a huge amount of people to make happen. We deeply appreciate your dedication! Please see your emails for more info on how to volunteer your time.

Students performing Winter at West... Here's your schedule:
Monday rehearsal cue-to-cue 3:30 - 6:30pm
Wednesday dress rehearsal 3 - 6:30pm
Thursday night concert *NEW* call time 5:45pm for Honors String Quartet, 6pm for all others
Friday night concert call time 5:45pm for Honors String Quartet, 6:30pm for all others
Saturday night concert call time 5:45pm for Honors String Quartet, 6:30pm for all others

Please enter only the A wing door only. Students are asked NOT to mix with the audience (in the Commons) until after the performance.

4) Winter at West - non-performer student info
Students not performing in Winter at West (and parents) - you are invited to volunteer at Winter at West. Volunteers get to see most or all of the show for free. Additionally, since proceeds from these concerts go to the entire orchestra program, you directly benefit from the success of this event. Please encourage friends and family to purchase tickets to see the show!

5) Great concert weekend including cello recital tomorrow
There are a few good concerts this weekend, including a wonderful cello recital concert by our coach Noah Seitz and pianist John Livingston at the Unitarian Universalist Church on Center and Cordon Rd in East Salem at 7:30pm Saturday night. Students, remember that if your church features a holiday concert with adult string players, you may review that for your Live Review.
