7) Boot Camp is the week of August 24. This year, each newly formed orchestra will rehearse as a group during camp, so the times will be a little different:

9 - 11:30am String Orchestra
10 - 12:30pm Sinfonietta (currently called Symphony Strings)
10 - 1:30pm Chamber (currently called Advanced Orchestra)

This is a required event - this way all students can bond, plan leadership, and get the year off to a great start. Students are of course excused if they are involved with Band Camp or organized sports events. Boot Camp registration forms are coming in the next week. Thanks for your support of this week!

Hope to see you in Corvallis Friday night...
